Wigan Athletic are launching a bid for Rangers striker Kenny Miller.

The former Wolves ace has been considering his options at Ibrox in recent months.

And the Daily Express says Wigan want to offer Miller a return to the Premier League in England. The Latics could make a £1.5m bid next month, although would prefer to wait until the Scotland international is out of contract in the summer.
