Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is eyeing Levante attacker Nabil El Zhar.

The Mirror says former Liverpool winger El Zhar played with Ivory Coast striker Kone at Levante and Martinez is keen on the Moroccan international for next season.

Martinez pulled off a good deal for Kone and will be hoping El Zhar, 26, can have a similar impact at the Latics, having had mixed fortunes during his time at Anfield.
