Wigan Athletic owner and chairman Dave Whelan says the club is no panicking despite a slow beginning to the summer transfer market.
The Latics are yet to make any signings thus far but Whelan insists there will be action especially after losing the likes of Hugo Rodallega, Momo Diame, Steve Gohouri, Chris Kirkland and Hendry Thomas at the end of last season.
"There's nothing to worry about as far as the fans are concerned, nothing at all," he said.
"The lads are back in (for pre-season training) this week and that can sometimes move things along a bit.
"The truth is, we don't really know how busy it's going to be this summer. We lost five players from last year's squad, and those will obviously all have to be replaced.
"But (manager) Roberto (Martinez) is already well on to the case. He's always looking and I'm sure things are in good hands."
