Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan says there's been no approach from Everton for manager Roberto Martinez.
Martinez is being linked as David Moyes' successor at Everton.
"The club have heard nothing whatsoever," the Latics chairman told talkSPORT.
"Everton are a super club and they know the rules and regulations, they are very mannerly and I don't think they would ever approach Roberto before the season is over.
"Even if he's in their minds, I know [Everton chairman] Bill Kenwright wouldn't do anything like that."
