Wigan Athletic boss Uwe Rosler is delighted with their loan deal for Hull City fullback Maynor Figueroa.

The defender was selected in Rosler's Wigan starting line-up for Tuesday night's game against Millwall.

"Maynor is a very experienced player," Rosler told Wigan's official website.

"He knows and understands the club well and his presence gives us a real shot in the arm."
