Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez remains confident of keeping winger Charles N'Zogbia.
Latics have already turned down Birmingham's overtures for N'Zogbia, while Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa have been linked with leading goalscorer Hugo Rodallega.
And the hope is that both players to still be at the DW when the squad reports back for pre-season training on July 9.
"The chairman has reassured me we are not actively looking to sell anyone, and I am delighted with that," Martinez told the Wigan Evening Post.
"That means if anyone wants to come in with a clear plan to take either Charlie or Hugo, they are going to have to be talking obscene amounts of money.
"We wouldn't be able to replace the players, but we would be able to bring in three or four new players to improve the squad.
"We might not have much money to spend this summer - but to be in a position where we don't have to sell our best performers is a huge strength."
