Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is proud of their FA Cup run.

Wigan, 4-1 victors over Huddersfield yesterday, will travel to either Oldham or Everton in the next round.

Wigan boss Roberto Martinez said: "Our desire in the FA Cup is as strong as it is in the league.

"We've been in the Premier League for eight seasons and there will be no bigger feat if we make it nine. What is important as a football club is that you are capable of facing two competitions.

"I think two, three, four years ago we never had the opportunity to have a pool of 16-17 players, and now we have that strength."
