Wigan boss Martinez feels England will regret Capello treatment

Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez believes the FA may live to regret their fall-out with Fabio Capello.

Capello left the job on Wednesday.

Spaniard Martinez said: "I feel what he's done since the disappointment of the World Cup is take England into a different level.

"I mean in terms of bringing young players into the scene, giving them tactical awareness, being a team adaptable to do different things."
