Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez says they face a major test at Stoke City.

Martinez is prepared for a tough battle and a clash of styles on Tuesday night.

"One of the hardest places to visit in the Premier League is the Britannia Stadium," Martinez said.

"We know they have been in a difficult period with their results but they are still in a good position in the table.

"That is a sign of a team that is settled in the Barclays Premier League with a particular style which is always very difficult to play against."
