Roberto Martinez has been named the Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month for April.
The Spaniard guided Wigan Athletic to three wins and two losses from their five matches in the fourth month of 2012 which allowed the club to move clear of the relegation zone.
Wigan managed to claim the scalps of Manchester United at the DW Stadium, Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium and also hammered Newcastle United 4-0 at home on the weekend to make it a memorable month for the Latics.
