Wigan Athletic boss Chris Hutchings is delighted with how Andreas Granqvist has grabbed his chance this season.

The defender has broken back into the Sweden setup after Hutchings chose to give him a first team opportunity this term.

Hutchings said: "It's a feather in Andreas' cap.

"He's worked extremely hard here. We've given him his chance this season and he's taken it with both hands."
