Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce is still weighing up a permanent deal for Mido.
The Mirror says Bruce will not buy Egyptian striker Mido from Middlesbrough - unless Marlon King goes the other way.
Bruce is interested in taking on-loan Mido on a long-term deal, but only if King - himself farmed out at Boro - is taken in part-exchange.
