Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce is considering a shock move for Rangers striker Kris Boyd.
The Daily Star says Bruce is ready to match Birmingham City's £4 million offer for the Scotland international.
Boyd has seen a move to St Andrews fall through after failing to agree personal terms.
