Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce says it's up to Hull City if they want to sign permanently striker Marlon King.

The Wigan hitman is on loan at the KC Stadium and the Tigers are keen on a permanent deal.

Latics boss Bruce insists it is up to the Premier League new-boys to make their move.

He said: "With the loan agreement we have, it is their call if they want to do something.

"Certainly I haven't heard anything from Hull themselves. But when you have a loan deal you can break that loan deal to sign a player."
