Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce was delighted with their training camp in Austria.

"I was delighted with the tour - everything was perfect," said Bruce.

"The country was beautiful, the hotel excellent, the food perfect and the training facilities second to none. We trained very hard and built up a good level of fitness which will hopefully stand us in good stead for the season ahead.

"Now we've got four more friendlies to get ourselves ready for our first match at West Ham in just under three weeks."
