Loan trio Marcus Bent, Erik Hagen and Maynor Figueroa could all have futures at Wigan Athletic, says manager Steve Bruce.

Bent is available from Charlton, while little-used Hagen arrived in January from Zenit St Petersburg. Figueroa is set to sign permanently from Honduras' Olimpa.

"I'm having discussions with Marcus and Erik soon," said Bruce. "We're close to completing a deal for Maynor to stay with us for next season.

"It will be a case of using the loan system again.

"He has impressed in the last few months, and I think he impressed everyone against Manchester United and I'm sure he'll continue developing with us."
