Wigan Athletic boss Steve Bruce blasted FIFA's decision to fine the Croatian FA £15,000 after the racist abuse directed at Latics' Emile Heskey in England's World Cup qualifier in Zagreb.

He said: "If I said what I think about it, I'd get a bigger fine.

"I read it was 46p for every fan there.

"If that's clamping down then I'm sorry, FIFA have missed the boat for sure."
