Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is moving for Crystal Palace youngster Victor Moses.
The Mirror says Martinez is planning a £2.5million swoop for Crystal Palace kid Moses.
Martinez has made strong inquiries about the 18-year-old who has already played 40 games for the Championship side.
Latics owner Dave Whelan is keen to have a strong English element in the dressing room and England youth international Moses would certainly fit the bill.
