Angel di Maria's wife has come out in support of the Real Madrid winger after his Celta Vigo controversy. Di Maria has apologised for his ugly gesture towards fans.

But Jorgelina Cardoso posted on Instagram: "It is easy to dirty someone; but impossible to make them throw in the towel. Small dirty minds and insignificant words. It is disgraceful to give more importance to someone adjusting their shorts than to a great Real Madrid win. There are some really stupid people about."
