Tottenham will delay the sale of Giovani dos Santos to Sevilla until next week.

Sport says while there are denials coming from Sevilla - the move will go through on August 2.

By then, a clause in Giovani's deal which would see 10 per cent of any fee earned from his sale being due to Barcelona, will have expired.

Tottenham expect to sell Giovani for £5 million and delaying the move will save them a cool £500,000.
