Steven Whittaker has followed teammate Allan McGregor in agreeing a long-term deals with Rangers.
Goalkeeper McGregor has signed a six-year deal with the Scottish champions whilst 27-year old wingback Whittaker has penned a five-year contract.
Whittaker was being heavily tracked by Turkish club Bursapor, who reportedly made four different bids for his services, but the Glasgow giants have confirmed the signings of the key pair.
"Rangers can today confirm that three-in-a-row heroes Allan McGregor and Steven Whittaker have signed long-term deals with the champions," read a statement on the club's official website.
