Wigan Athletic owner Dave Whelan was warned Amr Zaki to stay away from the club.

The troubled Egyptian striker is keen on another loan deal with the Latics after an incident-filled term kast season but Whelan is having none of it.

"Zaki is difficult to control. When you get players with indiscipline like him, you just have to wipe your hands of them. It's all over with Zaki - full stop," Whelan said.
