It's been revealed one Crystal Palace player has such poor discipline that he has a direct debit to pay all his fines.
The Mail on Sunday says one new signing challenged former manager Ian Holloway's policy of £50 fines for using mobile phones in the treatment room by suggesting he set up a direct debit because he wasn't going to obey.
When an exhausted Holloway was told about the open defiance, he passed the direct debit idea rather than attempt to bring the player into line.
