West Ham striker Bobby Zamora says it'll take time for Juande Ramos to turn things around at Tottenham.
"They have one of the best squads in the Premier League but just haven't been able to put it together for whatever reason.
"Tottenham are in the situation we found ourselves in last year and I can tell you that when you get into a bad run like that it is very hard to get out of it.
"We did it by showing tremendous belief in ourselves. We showed what we had and fought tooth and nail to the end to get out of the perilous position we were in.
"I'm sure Spurs will get out of it as well. I only played a few games for them but I really enjoyed it and the Tottenham fans were really good to me."
