West Ham United midfielder Nobby Solano admits he was a bus conductor when he was in Peru!
"My brother drove the bus and I helped him out at weekends. I was 13-14 at the time.
"It's not like here in England where you have to have a license and work for a big company. Of course I enjoyed it, very much so. It was a way for me to earn some money.
"I needed some cash to get to football training because my parents could not always afford to pay. My brother didn't give me all the money, perhaps £10 a month at most."
Solano, 33, joked: "It's been a long time since I was last on a bus. I have told my friends in South America that if Peru qualify for the World Cup, I will take the bus again!"
