West Ham United striker Freddie Sears smashed his car into a tree - courtesy of a club steward!

The Sunday Mirror says despite passing his driving test, poor Freddie, 18, had problems parking his Audi at a recent game.

"One of the stewards was only too glad to guide him into a massive space," said an onlooker. "But he took his eye off the car and then turned round to see him hit a tree!"
