West Ham striker Carlton Cole is looking forward to working with former Chelsea teammate Gianfranco Zola.

Zola takes charge of Hammers training this week and Cole said: "I never saw him lose his temper at Chelsea.

"I'm sure he will as a manager. If we are not playing up to standard, he'll have a go. That's life."
