West Ham's Cole: I'm not settling

West Ham United striker Carlton Cole is pleased with his form this season.

But he insists he's not settling for what he's achieved so far.

“It’s going well but I want more. I’m not settling with this, I want more and a goal every other game – I want a goal a game," said Cole.

"I could have got a couple today (against Arsenal) so these are things I need to work on in my game and it will come whether it’s later on, the latter half of the season, it will come. I need to press on and improve.”
