West Ham United striker Carlton Cole is confident Robert Green won't suffer the England goalkeeper's curse against Croatia.

Both Paul Robinson and Scott Carson have suffered against the Croatians in the past, but Cole declared: "I have great faith in Rob to handle the big occasion. He is second to none.

"Keepers make errors. They are only human. At this level they get slaughtered for making one mistake. Hopefully, Rob isn't going to make that mistake."
