West Ham United's Reece Oxford has emerged on the radar of Manchester City.
According to The Sun, City scouts have watched the highly-rated 17-year-old in his last three outings for the Hammers U21s team.
City are keen on adding to their homegrown stocks this summer and could make a move for England U17 defender Oxford who joined West Ham's youth academy from Tottenham in 2011.
With Oxford having two-and-a-half-years remaining on his contract and the fact he is settled in East London indicates he has no intentions to leave Upton Park anytime soon but that will not stop City from attempting to turn his head.
In the meantime, Oxford could be sent out on loan this month with Championship club Fulham showing significant interest.
