The Mirror says Avram Grant is ready to make a £16m bid to land Brazilian sensation Neymar.
The West Ham boss has already sanctioned a £12million approach for the 18-year-old wonderkid from Santos, the previous club of Brazil's Manchester City winger Robinho.
Now Grant is ready to step up the Hammers interest in a player who has a £29.1million release clause in his contract.
