West Ham United have triggered the option to extend Adrian's contract for another year, according to reports from The Sun.
Adrian lost his spot as the number one choice between the sticks for West Ham to Darren Randolph following a number of poor performances during the early part of the season and it had been speculated that the Spaniard could potentially leave the Hammers at the end of the current campaign, especially as his contract is set to expire.
However, West Ham want to keep hold of the services of Adrian and reports have claimed that the East London side have triggered the clause in the goalkeeper's contract which will now keep him at the London Stadium for at least another 12 months.
