West Ham United hope to welcome Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku on-loan this season.

The Mirror says they are want to pair Chelsea marksman Lukaku, superb on a year-long loan at West Brom last season, with £15m signing Andy Carroll.

While new Blues boss Jose Mourinho wants Lukaku to be part of his plans for next season, West Ham have not given up hope of taking the 20-year-old Belgium international and offering him regular first-team football in World Cup year.
