West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce reckons Fabio Capello wants Scott Parker to quit the Championship club.
The Hammers chief reckons Capello has told Parker he must leave the relegated club and play Premier League football again to continue his international career.
Newly-promoted QPR have had a £4million bid for the 30-year-old rejected.
Allardyce said: "Scott has expressed an opinion that he wants to get back into the Premier League and play Premier League football. That's come from someone in the England camp telling him that's where he needs to be. I don't see the logic behind that."
