West Ham United's deal for Inter Milan striker Ishak Belfodil is in the balance.
The Sunday Telegraph says West Ham were dealt a blow on Friday when Inter Milan demanded a fee of £7 million for Algerian striker Belfodil rather than allowing the 21-year-old to go on loan.
Belfodil is also a confirmed target for QPR boss Harry Redknapp.
