West Ham United and Tottenham are monitoring Carlos Salcido's situation at PSV Eindhoven.
The highly-rated Mexico international is ready to quit PSV after a blow-up with coach Fred Rutten.
Salcido admits he doesn't see eye-to-eye with Rutten and says: "I don't know what will happen. I have two years left on my contract with PSV, but we'll see what happens."
Interested clubs can snap up Salcido for a knockdown £2 million.
