West Ham to offer Randolph to Newcastle

West Ham goalkeeper Darron Randolph has been linked with Newcastle United.

The Evening Chronicle says West Ham have beaten Newcastle to Manchester City keeper Joe Hart and are close to finalising a deal.

The new loan deal with West Ham has the potential to turn to a permanent signing if he is successful in London and the team agree to pay 50 percent of his £100,000 a week wages.

The England international spent last year on loan at Torino from Manchester City.

With Hart's move to the London Stadium, Randolph will be out of a starting job.

But with Newcastle still on the search for their number one keeper, the Republic of Ireland goalie could be their answer.
