Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni has taken a new swipe at coach Louis van Gaal.

The Italy international is a January target for Gianfranco Zola's West Ham United and refuses to turn out for Bayern's reserves.

"The Coach told me I can return only when I have played 90 minutes," he told Bild newspaper.

"He wants me to play again for the reserve team, but I am not going to do it."
