West Ham United are in loan talks for Napoli left-back Pablo Armero.
The Mirror says Hammers boss Sam Allardyce is looking to reinforce his defensive options having lost Joey O'Brien to injury in the goalless draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
Armero saw a loan switch to AC Milan fall through earlier this month.
According to reports in Italy, West Ham are now in pole position to land Armero, who only joined Napoli permanently in the summer having spent the final six months of last season on loan at the club.
