West Ham United have made a new offer for Nice striker Loic Remy.
The Daily Mail says West Ham's latest bid is close to £11.5m, but the Barclays Premier League side want to pay less than £3.5m up front, with the rest spread over the next four years.
Nice want £7.5m now with the rest in 12 months.
