Genoa defender Armando Izzo is attracting Premier League interest.

Il Secolo XIX says West Ham are continuing their busy week with a bid for Izzo.

The Hammers have made an opening offer of €14m to Genoa for the stopper. The 26 year-old has been with Genoa for four years.

Izzo could be the third signing of the week for the Hammers, after they splashed out for Toulouse defender Issa Diop and Swansea City goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski.

Izzo, standing at 6ft tall, plays primarily as a centre-half.
