West Ham United and Sunderland are eyeing Birmingham City striker Christian Benitez.

Benitez is on-loan at Birmingham from Santos Laguna.

Brum will have to pay a pre-arranged fee of around £7.5million to make the transfer permanent in June.

And after scoring just three goals this term, Birmingham are likely to release Benitez.
