West Ham United striker Frank Nouble says he's a better player for his loan spells away last season.
Former Chelsea forward Nouble hopes to enjoy more starts with West Ham under new manager Avram Grant this term.
He told whufc.com: "The loan experience last year was good. I went to West Brom first, which was good, and then at Swindon we lost in the play-off final, which was a bitter blow, but I think I'm better for those experiences now. I've come back a bit stronger and am raring to go."
