West Ham United striker Benni McCarthy is confident of dropping the kilos needed to make South Africa's World Cup squad.
McCarthy hopes he has done enough to win his place in South Africa's World Cup squad.
The West Ham hitman, 32, has struggled for fitness. He said: "Hopefully by May 31 my levels will be higher and my confidence will come back."
