West Ham United striker Andy Carroll is facing legal trouble.
The Sunday Mirror says Carroll is being sued for almost £200,000 following claims that he wrecked his former bachelor pad.
Jeff and Dawn Grant, who own the £2million five-bed mansion, allege that he owes them £68,000 in rent.
And their solicitors claim the West Ham striker, 24, left drink stains on chairs and on the ceiling, scratches on an antique table and caused the swimming pool to be overrun with potentially toxic algae.
Carroll, who earns £100,000 a week, is believed to have moved all the furniture - including treadmills, sofas and a grandfather clock - into a secret lock-up. But the Grants claim it is theirs.
