West Ham United striker Andy Carroll has the all clear to step up his recovery from a heel injury.

The Daily Mail says his injury was assessed by Professor van Dijk and he has been told to step up his recovery work a week after taking off an air boot.

Carroll is finally walking pain free as the West Ham striker continues his rehabilitation from a complicated heel injury.
