West Ham have struck terms for Brentford striker Scott Hogan.

The Sun says West Ham have agreed a £15m deal to sign Hogan.

Slaven Bilic now hopes to seal the deal within the next week.

The deal will be a huge boost to minnows Rochdale, who could bank more than £4m from the sale.

The League One outfit negotiated an impressive 30 per cent sell-on clause with the Bees following the striker's move to Griffin Park in 2014.
