West Ham United have a deal for Wolves winger Matt Jarvis.
Jarvis is undergoing a medical with West Ham after they agreed a deal with Wolves for the one-cap England winger, says Sky Sports.
The Hammers have been leading the chase for the 26-year-old all summer and have seen two previous bids rejected.
