Sochaux striker Modibo Maiga is keen on a move to England.

West Ham United and Stoke City are chasing the centre-forward.

"My dream has always been to play in the Premier League, the best league in the world," he said. "I almost joined Newcastle, but it did not happen.

"Some Sochaux fans held that against me, but not all of them.

"It is still my ambition to play in the Premier League, so if a team wants to talk I will listen to them once they have reached an agreement with Sochaux."
