Premier League clubs are circling Borussia Dortmund for midfielder Jakub Blaszczykowski.

Kicker says Kuba has potentially played his last game for BVB, where coach Thomas Tuchel is planning for the new season without the Pole.

West Ham United, Liverpool, VfL Wolfsburg, Hertha BSC and Southampton are all in contact with Kuba's camp while he enjoys the final days of his summer holiday.

Adviser Wolfgang Vöge told WAZ: "Jakub is still to Thursday in the Polish mountains on vacation. After that he will spend a few days in his hometown before he goes at the end of July again to Dortmund.

"Then we also have agreed to have a discussion with the club managers. Only after that will we see if he should leave Dortmund. There will certainly be a decision on his future before August."

On the Premier League interest, he added: "It's nice that Kuba is so popular."
